1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has officially shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer flat-rate and tier-based shipping options to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Free for all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $6.95 applies. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: A flat rate of $15.00 applies. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.
3. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to North America, Europe, Australia, and select countries in Asia.

International Standard: A flat rate of $19.95 applies. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses due to carrier limitations for secure, tracked package delivery.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you have not received your package within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team immediately at support@cymoecocoat.com with your name and order number. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
